O'Donnell has worked in both large and small firms, as an Assistant Public Defender, and spent more than 26 years working for the U.S. Department of Justice. Licensed to practice in both Virginia and Maryland, O'Donnell also served as a Legal Advisor for the FBI, providing legal advice to its personnel.
